⚠️ Terms & Conditions:

• Soft play suitable for children under 6

• No food or drink on equipment

• No sharp objects

• No face paint or glitter

• Clean socks only (no shoes)

• All balls must be returned to the ball pit

• Equipment must remain on safety mats at all times

  • Adult supervision at all times

We require a £50 non refundable deposit when booking. 
Remaining balance to be paid 48 hours prior to drop off.

Once payment is made it is not refundable. We will offer to move your soft play to a different day if it is 3 weeks prior to your hire or before .

We will make it easy for you, we will drop off our soft play and set it up, you can then just let us know what time suits you for collection.

All equipment is steamed and thoroughly cleaned.

Free delivery and pick up in Thanet, other areas may be at an extra cost.

Indoor use all year round 

Outdoor use between May - September (weather depending) 

Damage/ cleaning cover: We also require a £50.00
Damages and cleaning Deposit Fee £100 on our white soft play! As a cash payment on the day, which I will refund to you in Full at the end of your hire so long as our Terms & Conditions have been adhered to, this includes no damage .
